The Personal Information Protection Act (\u201cAct\u201d) regulates the processing of personal information in commercial transactions, applies to Elken International Sdn. Bhd., Taiwan Branch (hereinafter referred to as \u201cElken\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, \u201cus\u201d or \u201cwe\u201d) and\/or associated companies. For the purpose of this written notice, the terms \u201cpersonal information\u201d and \u201cprocessing\u201d shall have the meaning prescribed in the Act.<\/p>

  3. to administer your payment, benefits and\/or loan facilities;<\/li>
  4. to publish in Elken\u2019s advertisements, promotion and communications;<\/li>
  5. to administer your participation in our meetings, workshops, events or travel campaigns;<\/li>
  6. to provide you with data and training relating to our products and services, business opportunities and the products and services of our business partners;<\/li>
  7. to respond to your inquiries;<\/li>
  8. to comply with applicable laws, assist with any governmental or police investigation and\/or obtain legal advice to ensure compliance with Elken Members\u2019 Rules & Regulations, Code of Ethics and other policies and procedures; and<\/li>
